Copeland is seeking a Technician I Monitoring Service in Quezon City, Philippines, to provide 24/7 alarm management support for refrigeration and HVAC systems. The role focuses on outbound calls, diagnosing alarms, and coordinating with customers to ensure rapid resolution.

You will read procedures, dispatch work orders, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining a positive, high-energy approach in a shifting, hybrid work environment.

Responsabilidades

• ALARM MANAGEMENT & SMART DISPATCH: Interrogate alarms, diagnose per SLAs, document via calls/emails, escalate as needed.
• Update/confirm completed work orders; read customer procedures; identify process improvements; conduct customer surveys.
• Perform troubleshooting via customer software and document procedures.
• Conduct graph analysis and support alarm-related inquiries across customer tiers.
• Adhere to client procedures and contribute to process improvements.

Join our team and start your journey today!**JOB OBJECTIVE**This position is responsible for delivering both basic and advanced support in alarm management for refrigeration and HVAC systems within a 24/7 operations environment, primarily through outbound calls. Core duties include monitoring and diagnosing alarms, performing troubleshooting via customer software, and processing service requests in line with client-specific procedures.
