Job summary

MHI is a trusted service provider in the Philippines seeking a Reservations and Ticketing Agent to handle inquiries and reservations for flights. The role covers quotations, ticketing, changes, and reporting, with responsibilities at the airport as needed.

Requirements include a 4-year degree, at least 1 year in reservation/ticketing, GDS experience (Amadeus or Sabre), and willingness to work shifts. Strong communication is essential, and a willingness to be posted at the airport is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• 1 year of experience in reservation and ticketing in airline/aviation.
• Experience in Passenger Sales & Ticketing is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, shifts and holidays.
• Hands-on with Global Distribution System (Amadeus and Sabre).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned at the airport.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with flight quotations and flight concerns via phone, email or walk-ins.
• Process changes to reservations when itineraries or schedules are amended.
• Issue tickets for bookings through the airline reservations system.
• Support check-in counter agents on excess baggage, seat upgrades and ticket matters.
• Prepare sales, availability and daily collection reports.
