Job summary

EyeLight Travel & Tours in Manila seeks an experienced travel professional to manage flight bookings, issue tickets, and handle refunds, rebookings, and fare quotations. Qualifications

• 2+ years of travel agency experience.
• Proficient in Amadeus GDS.
• Strong ticketing knowledge and fare rules.
• Experience with OFW, group bookings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage flight bookings using Amadeus GDS.
• Issue tickets for international and domestic travel.
• Handle refunds, rebookings, and fare quotations.
• Coordinate with airlines for group reservations and labor fare blockings.
• Communicate with clients via calls, messages, emails, and in-person visits.
• Maintain and update booking files and travel documents.
• Monitor queues, deadlines, and payment follow-ups.
• Provide support for urgent or complex travel requests.
• Offer Travel Insurance when needed.
• Customize and offer Package Tours.
