Job summary

Atain is seeking a Quality Manager (Airline) to oversee the quality team and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will develop and sustain quality management systems, document standard processes, and provide coaching to embed reliable procedures in a fast-paced BPO environment in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

You will interact with senior management, perform root-cause analyses, and contribute to risk assessment and QA certifications. Immediate start and full onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years solid experience as Quality Manager in a BPO setup.
• 1-2 years' experience handling Airline or any Travel program.
• Strong experience with analytics, reporting and insights generation.
• Lean certification & ISO lead auditor certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Quality team.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Team.
• Draft QA documentation and conduct in-depth QA reviews.
• Lead standardization and documentation of processes and procedures.
