AMADEUS MARKETING PHILS, INC. is seeking an Airline IT Support Analyst to ensure profitability and customer loyalty for Amadeus solutions.

You will serve as a 2nd level service desk, troubleshooting and escalating complex incidents, while maintaining strong relationships with Global Operations and product teams. The role requires 2–3 years in airline/GDS support, proficiency with Amadeus Reservations, Fares, Pricing, and Ticketing, and a good grasp of Amadeus Altea.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Tourism or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience within an Airline or GDS Help Desk Position; or equivalent related
• Experience with Amadeus Reservations, Fares and Pricing and Ticketing
• Experience in Departure Control System, Global Distribution System, Reservations

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive monitoring and consulting services to preempt problems within Amadeus solutions.
• Respond to Amadeus customers’ questions concerning Amadeus Solutions to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, diagnose and correct problems within defined service levels with focus on first contact resolution.
• Coordinate investigation of serious and critical problems with expert groups to achieve fastest restoration of service.
• Activate on-call for escalation of serious issues outside normal hours.
