Job summary

Global Catering (GCAT) is seeking a General Accountant to support billing, revenue and payables functions in the Manila area. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal controls.

Candidates should have a BS Accountancy, 2–3 years in a similar capacity, and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in airline or catering operations is preferred. Excellent communication and analytical abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in general accounting, preferably from airline/catering operations.
• Good communication and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process billing and invoices timely.
• Monitor revenue, accounts receivable and follow up collections.
• Process supplier invoices and coordinate with MNL unit.
• Ensure company permits, licenses, and taxes are kept up to date.
• Maintain copies of essential company documents (SEC, permits, registrations).
