Job summary

Global Virtuoso, Inc. in Manila is seeking an Accountant to maintain the general ledger, perform reconciliations, and support tax reporting across hotels and hospitality properties.

The role requires 3–4 years of high-volume accounting experience, ERP proficiency, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with management and operations teams, ensure data accuracy, and handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience handling high-volume accounting transactions (general ledger, reconciliations, financial statement prep).
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability; ability to interpret technical information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations for properties and ledger entries.
• Handle monthly/quarterly tax reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Review reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete weekly bank reconciliations and cash position reports.
• Review accounts payable postings and process weekly AP runs.
• Support budget development and reporting with management and operations teams.
• Assist with new property onboarding and reporting setup.
