Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as General Accountant or similar role.
• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry required.
• Hands-on experience preparing service invoices and billing documents.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue service invoices, billing statements, and other accounting documents.
• Record and monitor daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounting records.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Monitor payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with hotel operations and management regarding billing and financial matters.
