Job summary

DT GLOBAL FREIGHT (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a skilled air freight operations lead in Metro Manila to manage import/export shipments, carrier relationships, and day-to-day activities.

You will supervise the operations team, ensure compliance with IATA and DG rules, negotiate rates, and coordinate with sales, customs brokers, and warehouses to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in air freight operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of air cargo documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with freight management or TMS software and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field (preferred).
• Nice to have: IATA certification, DG training, or experience with a particular trade lane.
