Job summary

Inland Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced Airfreight Pricing Analyst to source, negotiate, and secure competitive airfreight rates and capacity, while supporting RFQs and tenders to drive business growth.

Responsibilities include maintaining rate databases, analyzing costs and market trends, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and overseas offices to deliver accurate pricing proposals and profitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience negotiating rates and service agreements with airlines, GSSAs, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Experience preparing and managing quotations, RFQs, tenders, and pricing proposals.
• Strong understanding of airfreight operations, carrier networks, routing, transit times, and market dynamics.
• 2–3 years of experience in Airfreight Pricing, Procurement, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and secure competitive freight rates and capacity agreements with airlines, GSSAs, and logistics partners
• Prepare accurate quotations, spot rates, RFQs, tenders, and pricing proposals within required timelines
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and overseas offices on pricing and procurement requirements
• Maintain rate databases, carrier agreements, pricing records, and procurement documentation
• Analyze costs, margins, and market conditions to ensure competitive and profitable pricing solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents, and service providers to support business requirements
• Monitor market trends, capacity, surcharges, and industry developments to provide commercial insights and recommendations
• Support new business opportunities by coordinating and preparing pricing submissions for tenders, bids, and customer requests
