Job summary

Airtropolis Consolidator Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Airfreight Operations Coordinator in Pasay City.

You will manage rate inquiries, quotations, bookings with airlines, and consolidate air export documents, ensuring accurate AWB preparation and on-time submission of FWB/FHL. You will also coordinate with clients, airlines, and internal teams, monitor status and updates, and assist in billing, record-keeping, and post-departure activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in airfreight/logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of air export documentation and airline booking processes is preferred.
• Will need to work in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Handle rate inquiries, quotations, and bookings with airlines and clients.
• Consolidate air export documents, prepare draft AWB, and submit FWB/FHL accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with clients, airlines, Operations, Accounting, and other service providers.
• Monitor shipment status, uplift, departure, and other critical developments; provide timely updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare billing instructions and ensure complete supporting documents are attached.
• Maintain AWB inventory, shipment trackers, and other CS records.
• Handle shipment amendments/corrections and post-departure documentation.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and assist in customer retention and business development activities.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
