Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Parañaque, Philippines, is seeking a hands-on Import Operations Associate to execute shipment level tasks per AIR product guidelines. You will manage freight bookings, document handling, and communications with service partners to ensure timely delivery and KPI adherence.

The role requires a strong background in air cargo processes, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination with Customer Service, Product, and GBS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledgeable in Air Cargo Freight Forwarding and Electronic Submission of Manifest.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Freight Forwarding—Airfreight/Customs Brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Review documents including pre-alert, e manifest, and draft INV to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Check import documents from counterparts to meet customs and internal procedures.
