• CargoWise experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle air freight import shipments from booking through delivery.
• Coordinate customs clearance, collections, and deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, airlines, suppliers, and overseas agents.
• Prepare quotations and shipping and customs documentation.
• Track shipments and address delays or operational issues.
• Keep CargoWise records accurate and up to date.
