Job summary

DAI Post Philippines is hiring an Air Import Operator to join our Cebu City IT Park team. The role focuses on managing and reporting MAWBs for air imports, ensuring accurate data in Expedient, and coordinating with cargo terminals and Brownways to streamline shipments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of air freight/logistics experience, strong communication, and attention to detail, with proficiency in freight management systems. On-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight operations or logistics is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Expedient software and other freight management systems.

Responsibilities

• Reporting air freight in Expedient software.
• Tracking master air-way bills and updating status for compliance.
• Reporting cargo ETA updates to stakeholders with clear communication.
• Working with cargo terminal operators to release MAWBs for cartage.
• Collaborating with Brownways to manage MAWB transportation to warehouses.
