Job summary

IPHIOS Logistics Corp. is seeking an experienced Airfreight Manager to lead our expanding department in Manila and NAIA operations. The role focuses on directing daily import/export operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering top-tier service to customers.

You will develop SOPs, implement KPIs, and manage airline/co-loader relationships while training staff and optimizing process quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on international airfreight forwarding experience.
• Strong knowledge of MAWB/HAWB and air cargo processes.
• Experience managing and training an airfreight operations team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Airfreight Department and oversee import/export operations, documentation, manifesting, pricing support.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, KPIs, and operational controls.
• Mentor staff and coordinate overseas-agent relationships.
