Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process cargo booking requests with accurate data entry and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain shipping documents and information.
• Reserve cargo space on flights considering weight, volume, and destination.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure correct rates are entered in the system.
• Coordinate with HQ space control for space confirmation if needed.
• Issue airway bills to agents.
• Inform agents about flight details including cut-off times.
