Job summary

Expeditors Philippines is seeking an Air Export professional to ensure timely freight flow and exceptional customer service within the Air Export Department. You will handle data entry, tracking, and communications with overseas customers and service providers.

You will report to the Air Export Supervisor and Manager. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of related experience, fluent English, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of air documentation process a plus.
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Track and Trace Air Export files and reporting.
• Enter data accurately into our operational system.
• Communicate arrival notices to overseas and customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and service provider billing.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers (Airline carriers, trucking, etc).
• Meet KPI standards and comply with regulations.
• Proactively improve department processes for efficiency.
• Oversee overseas communications and timely responses.
