MicroSourcing is seeking an AI Developer to drive digital transformation by designing and delivering AI-enabled, cloud-native solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, create POCs and MVPs, and align technology with business goals.

The role requires deep front-end and back-end expertise across modern stacks, plus hands-on experience with AI technologies and integration of Microsoft-centric solutions. Hybrid work awaits in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience across multiple tech stacks, frameworks, and architectures.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, integration services, and cloud-native applications.
• Deep front-end expertise (React.js, Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS) and back-end expertise (Node.js, .NET / C#, Python).
• Strong solution architecture knowledge with practical AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead the creation of POCs, MVPs, and dedicated innovation initiatives.
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI, automation, and cloud-native frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic transformation programs and integrate Microsoft-centric solutions.
• Act as the technical lead for emerging capabilities with robust systems integration and scalable design.
