Aprio is seeking an AI Engineer to join its Information Technology Team to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that align with client needs and security standards on Azure platforms.

You will work closely with tax, audit, and advisory professionals, translating domain requirements into technical specifications and guiding junior engineers. This role emphasizes architectural leadership and scalable data pipelines within a growth-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI architecture, design, and deployment with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data architectures, SQL/NoSQL, and Azure Synapse.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build, test, and deploy AI/ML models on Azure platforms.
• Develop APIs for data exchange and integration with business systems.
• Establish MLOps practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
