Valtech in Bengaluru is seeking an AI Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to design, build, and optimize AI-first systems that deliver value to clients. You will mentor a multidisciplinary AI team and collaborate with stakeholders to turn business problems into concrete AI solutions.

You will drive code quality, architecture, and documentation, while advancing AI Accelerators and working in a flexible remote/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AI engineering experience and 10+ years total work experience.
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure ML, SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development.
• Knowledge of AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs; stay updated with AI research.
• Involvement in MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation of AI workflows.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share ideas.

Responsibilities

• As an AI Tech Lead, you will help design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions that advance our digital capabilities and create real value for our clients.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team.
