Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a technical leader at the intersection of business innovation and technology delivery. You will identify emerging opportunities, evaluate new technologies, and drive digital transformation through POCs, MVPs, and innovation initiatives.

Lead architecture across AI, automation, and cloud-native solutions while ensuring robust systems integration. Strong frontend and backend expertise, plus experience with Microsoft-centric solutions, will help shape enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development across multiple stacks, frameworks, and architectures.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, integration services, and cloud-native apps.
• Deep front-end expertise (React.js, Vanilla JS, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS) and back-end expertise (Node.js, .NET/C#, Python).
• Strong solution architecture knowledge with practical AI tech experience (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead the creation of POCs, MVPs, and dedicated innovation initiatives.
