Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software applications across the full SDLC. You will mentor junior engineers and drive best practices while leading AI integration to boost development velocity and the developer experience.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML, backend (.NET, Python), frontend (Angular/React), and cloud (AWS/Azure) with serverless infra, plus experience with LangChain and vector databases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on software development.
• 5+ years backend experience with .NET and Python.
• 5+ years in frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
• 5+ years working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 5+ years cloud experience with AWS/Azure, including serverless infra.
• 3-5 years using AI frameworks/tools (LangChain, vector DBs).
• Proficient with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, Jest).
• Experience integrating and optimizing AI models within apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, audit, and enhance software across the full SDLC.
