Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. The role is hybrid with day shift, focusing on driving digital transformation through AI, automation, and cloud-native solutions.

You will lead POCs, MVPs, and cross-functional initiatives while guiding architecture and integrations. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software engineering and strong front-end/back-end expertise (React.js, JS/TS, HTML5/CSS; Node.js, .NET/C#, Python) and experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development across multiple stacks.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and cloud-native apps.
• Front-end: React.js, Vanilla JS, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS; Back-end: Node.js, .NET/C#, Python.
• AI technologies experience: LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, orchestration.
• Experience leading digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on automation with Microsoft-centric solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis.
• Proven track record guiding cross-functional teams through MVP lifecycles.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead the creation of POCs, MVPs, and dedicated innovation initiatives.
• Architect and implement AI, automation, and cloud-native solutions.
• Support integration of Microsoft-centric solutions.
• Act as technical lead for emerging capabilities across the organization, ensuring robust systems integration and scalable design.
