Qualifications

• Leadership experience in engineering leader, principal architect, or platform leader roles.
• Deep understanding of modern engineering structures, developer productivity challenges, and AI/LLM tooling.
• Exceptional external-facing executive presence with ability to translate tech to business impact.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a flat, fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Executive Engagement: Act as a peer to CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders to navigate the evolving AI landscape.
• Solution Direction: Partner with Field Engineers to design enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies, framing problems at a high level.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the customer externally, feeding insights back into product and go-to-market teams.
• Technical Strategy: Lead architectural conversations around evaluating Cursor at a systems level, tailoring narratives to different technology stacks.
