Penbrothers is seeking a strategic AI lead to define and advance the company’s AI roadmap across functions. You will prioritize use cases, assess tools, and partner with senior leadership to drive business value.

The role combines governance, enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale intelligent initiatives. You will design learning programs, run workshops, and shepherd AI projects from concept to measurable impact, while operating in a dynamic remote environment and influencing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of total professional experience in technology, data, AI/ML, or related strategic field.
• Defined and driven AI or emerging-technology strategy from concept to delivery.
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies; hands‑on technical background not required but strong fluency.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data, or BI teams to scope and deliver initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Curiosity and hands‑on interest in emerging AI tools; comfortable running pilots independently.
• Self‑sufficient builder mindset to create courses and training materials solo.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen to translate AI capabilities into ROI.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and data architecture for credible discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presenting to senior leadership.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new processes.
• Collaborative mindset; partners with delivery manager rather than directing teams.
