Job summary

Straive is seeking an experienced AI Subject Matter Expert to drive its artificial intelligence strategy, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide cross‑functional teams in implementing scalable AI solutions across the business.

You will serve as the technical authority, bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities and practical applications, overseeing design, governance, and hands‑on implementation with product and engineering partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or technical architecture.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and MLOps.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Advise executive leadership and project teams on AI/ML capabilities, trends, and architecture options.
• Solution Design: Oversee the development, evaluation, and deployment of generative AI, machine learning models, and automation workflows.
• Governance & Ethics: Establish best practices for AI safety, data privacy, model evaluation, and ethical compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business units to identify high-value AI use cases.
