Job summary

Change.org is seeking a VP of AI Strategy to shape and drive the organization’s AI vision. You will report to the COO and guide AI-enabled transformation across teams for faster, higher-quality work.

You’ll lead an iterative AI roadmap, develop learning programs, and build an organization-wide AI adoption framework while collaborating with Engineering and senior leaders to ensure measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience in program/product management at senior levels.
• Direct collaboration with or advisory to C-suite/VP stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a comprehensive AI strategy with broad organizational support.
• Build an iterative AI transformation roadmap across teams.
• Create an AI learning program with regular demonstrations and training.
• Infuse insights on AI developments relevant to each team.
• Own the AI transformation cadence and reporting forums.
• Listen to ICs on the ground and map actual vs leadership views on AI adoption.
• Partner with Engineering on tooling operations and stay current on AI tooling.
• Stand up the org’s first AI adoption and impact measurement framework.
• Build strong relationships with existing AI leads as a thought partner.
