Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Enterprise Architect to lead AI transformation initiatives, define enterprise AI roadmaps, and drive adoption of Generative AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI across global organizations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on architecture to accelerate innovation and unlock business value through AI.

Qualifications

10+ years IT experience.
5+ years Azure architecture experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise AI initiatives.
Strong expertise in vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions.
Experience with GitHub, REST APIs, and modern AI tooling.
TOGAF certification or equivalent is preferred.
Ability to communicate with executives and translate complex AI concepts.

Responsibilities

Define and drive enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and architecture strategy.
Partner with executives to accelerate AI adoption across business units.
Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation programs and governance.
Design scalable AI solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Architect Copilot and multi-agent AI workflows and integrations.
Develop and enforce data governance, security, and compliance practices.
Deliver executive presentations and AI enablement sessions.
