Success will come from translating complex AI architectures into ROI, building repeatable frameworks, and mentoring future leaders while advancing the firm’s AI capabilities and market position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting or enterprise advisory.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams or practice areas.
• Strong ability to translate AI architectures into business ROI.
• Experience running executive strategy sessions and POCs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and scale the AI practice's service offerings, roadmap, and go-to-market methodology.
• Advise C-suite and executives on AI readiness, governance, and long-term implementation roadmaps.
• Lead the evaluation and execution of AI proofs-of-concept and intelligent automation workflows.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and code/prompt templates for client delivery.
• Mentor future leaders and drive organizational enablement around responsible AI.
