Job summary

WTW is seeking a senior leader to establish the performance and measurement infrastructure for its AI-native development initiatives. You will drive the enterprise AI SDLC program, set standards, and partner with Transformation, engineering, and operations to embed metrics and governance across teams.

You will lead adoption of agentic development models and AI tooling, manage delivery signals, and ensure alignment with business outcomes while collaborating with global leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software delivery or product development, with 5+ years in a leadership role in a global delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of agentic development models and AI tooling adoption across teams.
• Solid SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, IaC and DevOps practices knowledge.
• Fluency with delivery metrics and AI-era development measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of performance and measurement infrastructure for AI-native development.
• Define standards, metrics, and insights to keep delivery quality high at scale.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to embed practices in day-to-day work.
• Oversee governance of metrics: definition, data sourcing, reporting, thresholds, review.
