Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager, AI Value Realisation to drive enterprise-scale replication of proven AI solutions across five pillars and ten business units, ensuring adoption and measurable productivity gains.

You will lead the BU AI Product Owners network, chair guardrail reviews, run Kaizen Event Circuit, and partner with Finance to validate benefits, while maintaining an enterprise view of assets and reuse opportunities.

Qualifications

• Operational credibility: 10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or operations.
• Influence cross-site or BU change without direct line authority.
• Lean and continuous improvement fluency with a structured system and Kaizen experience.
• Technical literacy to evaluate AI/analytics and translate between audiences.
• Ownership of measurable outcomes with evidence of delivery (P&L, productivity, savings).
• Execution discipline to maintain scope and governance under competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Own replication across the five pillars of ION (Core: Develop & Source).
• Identify where proven solutions apply elsewhere and drive replication across sites and BUs.
• Apply scaling models: Source/Deliver across BUs; Make/Develop within a BU.
• Maintain enterprise view of assets, proven solutions and duplication across BUs.
• Chair guardrail reviews for duplicates; avoid broad innovation gates.
• Lead the Kaizen Event Circuit and the BU Network of AI Product Owners.
• Enforce catalogue-first discipline; match opportunities to existing assets.
• Ensure new builds pass architecture review when a proven solution exists.
• Conclude events with a committed portfolio and replication map per BU.
• Run quarterly cross-BU forums on reuse and transfer of solutions.
• Assess site AI readiness and close readiness gaps with BU/TEOA leadership.
• Drive adoption and change-management; build local capability and narratives.
• Track usage and adoption; intervene when value is not realized.
• Ensure AI360 catalogue is complete, rated, and usable with the platform owner.
• Ensure replication packs meet standards for easy deployment with minimal central support.
• Feed learnings from Kaizen events back into the catalogue.
• Report replication and adoption metrics monthly to BU and quarterly to Operations SLT.
• Partner with Finance to validate TEBIT attribution and disciplined benefit counting.
