Job summary

WTW is seeking a senior cloud and solution architect to translate complex business needs into scalable AI-focused architectures. You will own end-to-end delivery across pro-code Azure solutions, low-code Power Platform experiences, and agentic AI frameworks, guiding teams and establishing governance.

Role emphasizes modernization of LangChain/LangGraph pipelines, observability, and enterprise integration with M365/ERP. Strong stakeholder communication and architecture leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solution or cloud architecture experience.
• Strong preference for Azure-based architectures (AKS, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry).
• Experience with AI, ML, and agentic systems.
• Familiarity with Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic orchestration patterns.
• Experience with lifting AI workloads to production with Azure OpenAI and enterprise data sources.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Own end-to-end architecture for AI solutions (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
• Produce architecture artifacts (HLD/LLD/ADRs) to guide delivery teams.
• Embed observability and governance into architecture and delivery.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, establish reusable patterns and reference architectures.
• Evaluate emerging platforms and patterns to improve delivery speed and cost-efficiency.
