Job summary

IWG plc seeks a Product Performance Lead to act as a senior, hands-on analyst collaborating with Product Owners on revenue, margin, pricing and customer behaviour. You will utilise AI-assisted analytics, write and test code, and ensure outputs are validated and reproducible within the Product Data team led by the Chief Product Officer.

This role combines data work with cross-functional partnership to drive commercial decisions in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Independent commercial analysis track record.
• Advanced SQL with CTEs, windows and optimisation.
• Strong Python for data extraction, cleaning, API work.

Responsibilities

• Turn questions into analytical requirements and write queries to extract data.
• Track product and channel performance against targets and explain root causes.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and revenue models with clear assumptions.
• Build AI-driven workflows to automate routine analyses and classify unstructured data.
• Present recommendations with clear narratives and visuals, noting uncertainties.
