Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Product Performance Lead to drive data-driven decisions around revenue, pricing and customer behaviour. You will work with Product Owners, act as a senior analyst, and use AI-assisted analytics daily to build scalable workflows and robust dashboards.

In this role you will extract data via SQL and Python, test results, and collaborate with Product Data and other stakeholders to shape pricing and product strategies. A hybrid setup with some remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of independent commercial analysis from raw data to actionable recommendations.
• Advanced SQL skills including CTEs and window functions.
• Strong Python skills for data extraction, cleaning and analysis.
• Solid statistical judgement with understanding of experiments and correlation vs causation.
• Hands-on use of LLMs and AI coding tools in real analytical work.
• Understanding of how LLMs behave and when to check AI outputs.
• Ability to read, debug and test AI-generated code.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn Product Owners’ questions into clear analytical requirements.
• Write efficient SQL and Python to extract, join and clean data from databases, APIs and files.
• Reconcile sources, test outputs, and resolve data issues; maintain audit trail and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with data engineering on pipelines and data quality improvements.
• Track product, service and channel performance against targets and explain root causes.
• Find revenue drivers, monetisation opportunities and revenue leakage; recommend actions.
• Set KPIs and baselines for launches; design and evaluate A/B tests and rollouts.
• Build business cases, forecasts and revenue models with clear assumptions.
• Prepare regular product performance reviews for leadership with explanations.
