AI Rudder Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Specialist based in Makati to support clients in the Philippines and Vietnam. You will handle client-facing support and technical troubleshooting, guiding customers from POC to go-live and ongoing support.

You will work with our core technology, learn how our AI voice agents work, and explain technical topics in simple terms during client calls and onsite visits. Onsite role, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS required.
• At least 3 years in Customer Support, L1/L2 Tech Support, or SaaS/AI solutions.
• Hands-on API integration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, including log analysis.

Responsabilités

• Act as main contact for technical questions and troubleshoot issues related to the AI agent system and integrations.
• Monitor the support queue and ensure requests meet SLAs.
• Document complex issues and escalate to R&D with full context; track resolution.
• Coordinate between client and AI Rudder teams during system integration (API, SFTP, SIP).
• Set up client accounts, permissions, and workspace on the platform; assist onboarding.
• Lead projects and manage timelines across client and internal teams.
• Help CS team prepare for business reviews with performance data and usage analytics.
• Join client calls and onsite meetings to explain technical topics clearly.
• Maintain client records, configurations, deployment schedules, and troubleshooting guides.
