Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or Linguistics or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured documentation.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy AI voice bots based on client requirements.
• Optimize conversation scripts, prompts, and dialogue flows for accuracy and user experience.
• Analyze bot conversations and call recordings to identify issues and improvements.
• Monitor and optimize bot performance using key metrics and feedback.
• Test AI features including LLM-based handling, ASR, and TTS upgrades.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to resolve.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process improvements and better internal workflows.
