Job summary

Emapta is seeking an experienced AI Engineer in the Philippines to architect and deploy production-grade AI agents and Generative AI applications. You will work with LangChain, AWS, and modern LLM frameworks to deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python for backend and AI workloads.
• Proven production AI agents experience with orchestration and multi-step reasoning beyond basic LLM API integration.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI agents that automate workflows and complex multi-step tasks.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions covering agent orchestration, tool use, RAG pipelines, memory, and state management.
• Develop scalable backend services in Python to support AI workloads.
• Build and optimize RAG systems with embedding pipelines and vector search.
• Integrate LLMs into production systems with guardrails, observability, and cost controls.
• Deploy and operate AI systems on AWS with focus on latency, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Stay current with evolving AI tools and architectures.
