Job summary

Arcanys is seeking an AI Process Engineer to map dan optimize back-office processes across HR, finance, and sales operations. You will design and deploy AI automations, working with Claude Cowork, APIs, and no-code tools.

You will coach executive assistants to maximize AI in daily tasks, and measure impact through hours saved and errors reduced. You will partner with internal teams, document workflows, train users, and continuously improve processes as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process improvement, operations or business analysis in back-office functions such as HR, finance, sales ops or shared services.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows yourself, with examples of automations you have actually delivered.
• Strong process-mapping skills; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, APIs and no-code tools; basic scripting (Python or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communicator and patient coach, able to earn the trust of non-technical staff and get them using new ways of working.
• Experience working with Claude Cowork is an advantage
