Talent Team Services is seeking an AI Automation Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining AI-driven solutions to streamline business workflows, with hands-on work across AI tools, automation, APIs, and systems integration.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Simpro, or Airtable, and a proactive, independent approach to solving business problems while staying current with AI developments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with major AI platforms (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI APIs)
• Experience building AI agents, automations, and integrations for real business problems
• Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, connectors, databases, and automation platforms
• Able to assess tools and choose the best option for business needs
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and applying AI/automation across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel

Job Description - AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist with strong skills in AI platforms, automation, APIs, and systems integration to design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions that streamline business workflows. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on AI automation and process improvement , working across modern AI tools, business platforms, and automation technologies to reduce repetitive administration and improve operational efficiency. Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Simpro, or Airtable would be highly desirable, but is not essential.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

Essential

• Strong hands-on experience across major AI platforms and technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI APIs , and related tools.
• Practical experience building AI agents, automations, and integrations that solve real business problems.
• Experience working with APIs , webhooks, connectors, databases, and automation platforms.
• Ability to assess different AI tools and select the most suitable option for the required business outcome, rather than being tied to one platform.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and how AI and automation can be applied across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear written and spoken English, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently.
• A practical and proactive approach, with an interest in understanding how the business actually operates before proposing a solution.
• A commitment to staying current with developments across major AI platforms, software, and automation technologies.

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI , or the broader Microsoft Power Platform.
• Integration experience involving Simpro, Airtable , or comparable operational and project management systems.
• Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms , database design, and business intelligence tools.
• Previous experience supporting construction, engineering, project delivery, field service , or other operationally complex businesses.
• Examples of AI agents, system integrations, or workflow automations that you have personally built and implemented.

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents to support different business functions and workflows.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Simpro, Airtable, and other business platforms so information can be pushed and pulled between systems.
• Use APIs, connectors, and automation platforms to create reliable end-to-end workflows and eliminate unnecessary manual data entry.
• Identify repetitive or inefficient business processes and develop practical automation solutions.
• Undertake research, analysis, and structured problem-solving to improve internal processes and management decision-making.
• Create and maintain workflows, databases, automations, knowledge bases, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with AI strategy, implementation, testing, governance, and continuous improvement across the business.
• Provide general executive, operational, and project support where required, particularly where systems, research, data, or process improvement are involved.
