Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Implementation & Automation Lead to drive the next phase of our company’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks, designing and deploying autonomous AI agents, and automating workflows across all departments (including HR, sales, and operations).
Beyond immediate implementation, you will serve as our internal AI futurist—staying at the absolute forefront of AI advancements to continuously upgrade our tech stack and maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Automation: Audit current company workflows to identify manual tasks and streamline them using AI and automation tools.




• Agent Deployment: Build, test, and implement specialized AI agents (including managerial, analytical, and customer-facing agents).




• System Integration: Connect AI tools seamlessly with our existing tech stack (e.g., CRMs, project management software, and communication tools).




• Continuous Innovation: Research, test, and pitch emerging AI technologies, models, and methodologies to keep our systems cutting-edge.




• Training & Upskilling: Educate team members on how to effectively use newly implemented AI tools and prompt frameworks.




• Governance & Oversight: Establish \"human-in-the-loop\" protocols to ensure AI outputs are accurate, secure, and aligned with company goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT), and prompt engineering.




• Automation Tools: Proven experience with workflow automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.




• Integration Skills: Strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, and connecting disparate software systems.




• Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at a complex business process and see exactly how to break it down into automated steps.




• Adaptability: A passionate learner who naturally tracks AI news, beta releases, and technical breakthroughs.




• Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff and executives.

Nice-to-Haves

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom scripting.
