Beyond immediate implementation, you will serve as our internal AI futurist—staying at the absolute forefront of AI advancements to continuously upgrade our tech stack and maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Understanding of LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
• Strong grasp of APIs and webhooks to connect software systems.
• Ability to decompose complex business processes into automated steps.
• Curiosity about AI trends and continuous learning mindset.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify manual tasks and streamline with AI/automation.
• Build, test, and deploy AI agents (managerial, analytical, customer-facing).
• Integrate AI tools with existing tech stacks (CRMs, PM software, chat tools).
• Research and pitch emerging AI technologies to keep systems cutting-edge.
• Educate teams on new tools and prompt frameworks.
• Establish human-in-the-loop protocols to ensure accurate, secure outputs.

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Implementation & Automation Lead to drive the next phase of our company’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks, designing and deploying autonomous AI agents, and automating workflows across all departments (including HR, sales, and operations).
Beyond immediate implementation, you will serve as our internal AI futurist—staying at the absolute forefront of AI advancements to continuously upgrade our tech stack and maintain our competitive edge.

Key responsibilities

• Audit current company workflows to identify manual tasks and streamline them using AI and automation tools

• Build, test, and implement specialized AI agents (including managerial, analytical, and customer-facing agents)

• Connect AI tools seamlessly with existing tech stack (e.g., CRMs, project management software, and communication tools)

• Research, test, and pitch emerging AI technologies, models, and methodologies to keep systems cutting-edge

• Educate team members on how to effectively use newly implemented AI tools and prompt frameworks

• Establish "human-in-the-loop" protocols to ensure AI outputs are accurate, secure, and aligned with company goals

About you

• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT), and prompt engineering

• Proven experience with workflow automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n

• Strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, and connecting disparate software systems

• Ability to look at a complex business process and see exactly how to break it down into automated steps

• Passionate learner who naturally tracks AI news, beta releases, and technical breakthroughs

• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff and executives

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom scripting (nice-to-have)

• Experience setting up AI-driven performance review or KPI tracking systems (nice-to-have)

• Background in operations management or business process re-engineering (nice-to-have)
