Job summary

Our World Energy, a leading residential solar installer, seeks a Concierge Builder to partner with department leaders and turn operational pain points into scalable, AI-powered workflows and reports.

You will translate complex business challenges for builders and developers, design phase-one tools, validate workflows with stakeholders, and help hand off scalable solutions across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Solutions Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong systems-thinking and workflow-mapping capabilities.
• Experience cross-functionally between operations, leadership, and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable workflows and functional solutions.
• Familiarity with automation tools, AI platforms, databases, APIs, reporting tools, or workflow systems.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and operational workflows.
• Ability to independently drive projects from discovery through prototype validation and handoff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and operations teams to identify workflow gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Map current-state processes and design scalable workflow solutions and automation strategies.
• Build and prototype phase-one tools, workflows, dashboards, reports, and AI-assisted processes.
• Establish reliable sources of truth for operational data and create validation processes.
• Collaborate with Builder and development teams to transition solutions into production systems.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and process walkthroughs to support adoption.
