Pearl Talent is working with a bootstrapped AI-powered B2B SaaS client in the catering/events space. The AI Automation Specialist will own lead sourcing, campaign coordination, and light client support, using AI enrichment tools and email infrastructure.

This is a fully remote role with EST hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and work-from-anywhere flexibility. You will consistently source 1,000+ leads weekly, respond to bot-generated replies within 30 minutes, and identify workflow gaps to improve

Formación

• Experience building automations or workflows with at least one listed tool.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools and evidence of lightweight scripts or automations.
• Active engagement with new AI tools and platforms in the last 90 days.
• 1–3 years in outbound sales operations, lead generation, or cold email coordination.
• Professional written English at B2+ CEFR; client comms are email-based.
• Proven ability to identify operational problems and propose solutions independently.
• Experience in early-stage startups or fast-growth companies (5–100 employees).

Responsabilidades

• Source ~1,000+ leads per week using AI-powered enrichment platforms.
• Build and maintain lead lists for ongoing outbound campaigns.
• Add sourced leads into cold email platforms to keep campaigns populated.
• Set up email infrastructure for new client onboardings.
• Monitor deliverability and flag/replenish inbox delivery rate.
• Manage AI bot responses to daily inbound replies with human-in-the-loop QC.
• Draft professional emails on behalf of clients and hand off warm leads.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients and align campaign messaging.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement lightweight improvements.
• Stay current on AI tools and experiment with new approaches.
