Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum in the Philippines is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to lead leadership development for IT Support Services. You will assess capability needs with stakeholders, design curricula, and deliver high-impact learning experiences that strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

As the ITSS L&D subject matter expert, you will own strategy, governance, and learning pathways, while leading AI enablement and upskilling for leaders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leadership development, facilitation, learning strategy, organizational development, or talent development.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive strategic capability-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development across IT Support Services by partnering with stakeholders to assess capability needs, and design curricula and learning pathways.
• Oversee learning solution development with Instructional Designers and Content Developers, and facilitate leadership programs.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, innovation, and AI enablement including AI upskilling for leaders.
• Provide coaching and developmental feedback to strengthen leadership effectiveness and learning transfer.
• Establish curriculum governance, content maintenance processes, and quality standards.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences for supervisors, managers, directors, and senior leaders.
