Job summary

Fenyx is looking for a Client Strategist to coordinate intake, discovery, onboarding, and ongoing account management for digital campaigns in Manila. You will work with cross-functional teams (media, creative, data) to ensure clarity of scope and timely delivery.

The role requires strong English communication, client-facing experience, and familiarity with CRM platforms. Start date opportunities range late September to mid-October, with interviews commencing the week of 9/23.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in client coordination, account management, or sales operations within a digital agency or B2B environment.
• Proven ability to conduct intake/screening calls and manage client communication
• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in modern CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Familiarity with performance marketing terms OR digital agency service models
• Skilled in using AI tools to streamline note-taking, draft communications, and organize workflows.
• Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Screening & Discovery Intake: Receive briefs, conduct 15–20 minute calls to probe needs, and prepare summaries for senior strategists.
• Proposal Scoping & Client Onboarding: Define SOW requirements with SMEs, map timelines, and lead onboarding logistics.
• Account Management & Day-to-Day Coordination: Be the central point of contact, manage communications, and scope new campaigns.
• Internal Communication & SME Translation: Liaise between clients and internal teams, track deliverables, and maintain CRM hygiene.
