Getdarwin is seeking an Operations teammate who blends customer service excellence with a passion for technology and AI. The role focuses on onboarding new accounts, guiding clients to adopt new use cases, and communicating new features to help grow their business through our tool.

You will also provide technical support for the AI you help build, analyze data to inform customer decisions, and contribute to process automation using JSON and Zapier.

• Onboard new accounts and guide clients through our tool.
• Analyze data to drive customer-centric decisions.
• Experience in CX roles or technical support; JSON handling.
