Job summary

Getdarwin is seeking an Operations teammate who blends customer service excellence with a passion for technology and AI. The role focuses on onboarding new accounts, guiding clients to adopt new use cases, and communicating new features to help grow their business through our tool.

You will also provide technical support for the AI you help build, analyze data to inform customer decisions, and contribute to process automation using JSON and Zapier.

Job description

We are looking for someone to join our Operations team who not only understands the importance of providing exceptional service but is also interested in technology and AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining their customer service skills, and, techniques to build artificial intelligence assistants for our clients.

In this role you will:

• Carry out the onboarding of new accounts received by the team.
• Follow up with productive clients to explore new use cases, communicate new functionalities, and assist them with the growth of their business through our tool.
• Provide technical support to clients on the AI built.

• Proven experience in Customer Experience roles or technical support.
• Ability to analyze data and use it in making customer-oriented decisions.
• Practical experience in creating and managing JSONs.
• Knowledge of process automation, preferably with experience using Zapier.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic and changing environments.
• Strong passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Language Classes: Access to language classes (English, Portuguese, Spanish) to enhance communication skills.
