Job summary

In the Philippines, Innodata Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to lead AI data operations across client engagements.

You will own delivery performance, drive efficiency, and guide cross-functional teams including PMs, QA, and analysts to meet SLAs and client expectations. You will translate business needs into actionable plans, foster continuous improvement, and coach leaders while partnering with senior management on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of operations and people management experience in fast-paced multi-site settings.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, or related computing field.
Adaptability to a technology-driven environment with AI-native mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline operations.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through to completion.
Excellent written and oral English, CEFR C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of small to medium projects with PMs, Team Managers, QA, and stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and drive client satisfaction through consistent performance.
Design tracking, monitoring, and reporting for SLAs across engagements.
Lead RCA documentation and define resolution strategies for service levels.
Identify top operational issues and implement mitigation with leadership.
Mentor leaders and drive training programs across teams.
