Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Head of Technical Operations to own delivery across AI/ML programs, from model development to evaluation. You will manage relationships from day-to-day contacts to CXO level and align delivery plans with client goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program or delivery management with portfolio ownership.
• 3+ years managing AI/ML, data science or data engineering programs.
• Executive client ownership across CXO-level stakeholders.
• People leadership of delivery managers or program managers.
• Experience running multiple cross-functional programs in a matrix.
• Background in IT services or an AI/ML solutions provider.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery roadmap for a portfolio of AI/ML programs.
• Translate client requirements into structured delivery plans with milestones.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing across engagements.
• Set governance cadence across active engagements, including reviews.
• Read and challenge project guidelines and evaluation rubrics.
• Interrogate delivery data and build trackers and tools for programs.
• Validate approaches with practice heads before commitments to clients.
• Engage with engineers and data scientists to address off-track programs.
• Own senior client relationships up to CXO level, lead reviews and escalations.
• Ensure SLAs and timelines are tracked and reported.
