Job summary

ERNI Development Center Philippines, located in Mandaluyong, is seeking an AI/LLM Support Engineer to join our global team. You will bridge operations, development, and business stakeholders, investigating incidents, troubleshooting AI-enabled integrations, and ensuring reliable services.

You’ll work with Databricks-based data platforms, Spark/PySpark workloads, and cloud services on AWS or Azure, contributing to runbooks, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application/Production/Technical Support or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and web services.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Ability to analyze technical logs, payloads, and application workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation.
• Detail-oriented mindset with troubleshooting focus.
• Ability to perform prompt engineering concepts and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and troubleshoot integrations for AI-enabled applications.
• Maintain operational reliability of LLM solutions and platforms.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with global teams to diagnose issues and resolve complex problems.
• Support data services on AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Create and maintain runbooks and technical documentation.
